OSVR-RenderManager commit 29df705a6060af04bce3ffd5d4498c4759dc98b3 was overzealous in its removal of state changes. The change apparently works on all but macs.

Fixed in pull request https://github.com/sensics/OSVR-RenderManager/pull/377 along with a number of other bugs.
