Changes to the Mozzi website that should go online in sync with Mozzi 2.0

Note: This is essentially the same as #226, but this time inside the main repo itself, to make collaboration easier.

TODO:

[ ] Revisit all TODO markers
[ ] Add primer / tutorial on integer arithmetic pitfalls
[ ] Add tutorial on SFixMath/UFixMath (with the above, or separately)
[x] Consolidate info on frontpage / Readme.md. Much of this info should probably be replaced by links to corresponding tutorials

Not in the same "live" way. Currently there's no change WRT to what's still at https://tfry-git.github.io/Mozzi/ , and I do intend to synchronize changes manually, from time to time, though.

Ah, thanks for that Thomas. I was going to agree with your suggestion to move to the main repo, but instead began slowly setting up to try with your fork first...
