namebench should extract to the current folder. #280

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Running the program to extract the namebench files.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
namebench extracts to C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Temp 
and I would like it to extract to the current folder to be able to find all the 
extracted files, and have all the extracted files in their own folder.  I have 
a folder where I keep a wide variety of portable/standalone software, and I'd 
like to be able to put the namebench files there as well, and easily move them 
elsewhere as a functional pre-extracted program.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using namebench v1.3.1 on XP

Please provide any additional information below.
No need for a dialog about this, as I won't be looking here to see it.  This is 
just a suggestion.
