This would be an absolute minimum to have.

Would be a few hours of coding using TAudioRingBuffer as the delay taps. 

Feedback will be a log parameter send the delay tap back into the input of the 
delay tap.

The delay output will be panned based on the same panner as on TTrack.

GUI will be autogenerated.
