Decide how to handle simplerinvoicing #3

It should:

  1. Find a way to set customers to Simplerinvoicing instead of Manual. This can be a custom field or a custom controller to manage this from the admin area.
  2. Change invoice send method to Simplerinvoicing when we know when (see 1). Ref: https://github.com/sensson/whmcs-moneybird/blob/master/lib/Models/Invoice.php#L184
