Now that we have it in the org we need to:

[ ] rename repo to sensu-plugins-mattermost to match community naming convention
[ ] setup standard repo structure based on https://github.com/sensu-plugins/sensu-plugins-skel
[ ] basic ci + cd (travis)
[ ] publish to rubygems
[ ] standard labels
