Purpose

Ensure that we have appropriate hashie plugin.

Known Compatablity Issues

If we did not install the right version I saw issues. Pinning this seem to fix it. No urgency as users can work around this by installing 3.5.5 in sensu context. But IMO its still a hotfix.
