Added Sensu Bonsai Asset creation.

Here is an asset based on my fork: https://bonsai.sensu.io/assets/sensu/sensu-plugins-consul

Once this change is merged and an asset is created from it, I'll remove my fork and asset.

The assets that are built now function properly in the Sensu Go Bonsai ruby runtime context
