Custom scheme for graphite occurrences handler #33

Hi,

Would you be open to having a configurable/custom scheme setting for the graphite occurrences handler? we've recently moved to InfluxDB, and we're creating measurements with templates, based on structure of incoming metrics; we've been able to set a custom scheme for incoming checks, but have discovered that the graphite-occurrences handler has a static/set scheme of sensu.#{hostname}.#{check_name} - I'll create a pull-request if this is something that would be useful to others.

I would also like to see this update. Despite my ruby-fu not being all that up to snuff, I'm going to take a stab at fixing it since this issue is the one thing gating my acceptance of Sensu 5.x at the moment.
