Added threshold for pods to be in the non ready state

Is this in reference to an existing issue? No. However, my issue is that the check alerts in cases when new containers get up longer time but are not in a ready state yet.

General

Purpose

To avoid alerting about PODs that are in the not ready state longer shorter than some specified time.

Known Compatibility Issues
