for arcconf that needs root privileges to run #10

I use arcconf for Debian from this repository http://hwraid.le-vert.net/wiki/DebianPackages which installs the binary at /usr/sbin/arcconf and when run it you get error 'Could not open log file: /var/log/UcliEvt.log' which is solved with sudo.

Rather than duplicating code I think a better approach would be to run the entire check under sudo.
