Add a --custom-run-command flag #1

This makes this plugin a lot more useful for our needs @smacgaha @nikhilshah28

Warning: untested! I'm not sure if I need to escape the quotes or semicolon in the string passed in to the -c flag. I will test it some time tomorrow morning at the latest.
