Includes minor text revision in README, as well as these documented in the changelog:

Revise text labels and prompts in configuration modal
Revise summary for success screen in integration yaml file
Add list of resources in the README overview
Removed subscription examples that are not included in the integration
Add and revise setup steps and options in README
Revise reference documentation list in README
