[Issue #2] Add more platforms #10

Fixes https://github.com/sensu/monitoring-plugins/issues/2 and https://github.com/sensu/monitoring-plugins/issues/11

Fixes build for Amazon Linux 1
Fixes Bonsai filter logic for Amazon Linux 2
Adds build for CentOS 8 (based off existing CentOS 7 build)
Adds build for Debian 8 and 10 (based off existing Debian 9 build)
Adds build for Ubuntu 16.04 and 18.04 (based off existing Debian 9 build)

@jspaleta we chatted about this on Slack a few weeks ago. Any chance we could merge this now, and I'll create a second PR soon to simplify (make the Ubuntu build use the Debian assets for the corresponding Ubuntu distributions which are based off Debian ones, etc.)?
