Replace broken Amazon Linux 2022 asset with Amazon Linux 2023 #48

Amazon Linux 2022 has no SNMP packages, which makes the build process break down.

Also sort out some amazon202x vs amazonlinux202x disagreements.

Pairs well with #44, which will make bad builds more apparent.

I wish I had looked at the open PRs before I started going and fixing things! I made very similar changes to you and moved amazon2022 to amazon2023. amazon2023 is at least working now.
