Functioning initial lesson plan based primarily on sensuctl commands to replace API calls in the Core lesson plan.
all sensuctl create -f calls are backed by files dropped into vagrant home user directory.
note sensu-slack-handler.json won't work until the envvars in the config are updated with correct Slack webhook and channel settings.
