Added support for OpenBSD
Cleanup of calling the role from in a nested project ENV

Adding new method to allow for overriding a var via group_vars or host_vars while still using the /var/*.yml to set it based on OS or other ansible_var

Ok I pushed the needed fix. After this is approved I would like to start a branch to get some more solid testing using molecule and docker
