Add a section in the readme to show how you can install plugins.
Motivation and Context
I have seen many people not pin their gems and have issues, this shows a very sane and simple way of managing the plugins with pinned versions. Prompted by here: https://github.com/sensu/sensu-chef/issues/404 as well.
How Has This Been Tested?
Been running this way in production for over 2 years. Also this is purely a documentation enhancement.
