This has been released as: https://supermarket.chef.io/cookbooks/sensu/versions/6.0.0 I contemplated putting it as a non breaking change but the reality is that it is breaking if you have to whitelist URLs through a proxy. On the other hand it means that if you don't update it will break at some point, the bottom line is that the URL changes are not backwards compatible (long term) so the only way to look at it is breaking every scenario. Since bumping a version has no real cost (other than perceived but thats another matter) and our commitment to semver guided this decision.
