Spike: Research adding support for content in languages other than English

This is an issue with:

• [ ] New content (guide wanted)
• [ ] Update (Add missing or refresh existing content)
• [x] Enhancement (add new site functionality)

Expected Behavior

As a non-english speaker/reader I can learn about Sensu in a language I can read.

Current Behavior

Sensu documentation is provided in English only

Possible Solution

Research possibilities for adding content in languages other than English
