I have removed the appveyor config and deleted it from the UI, we can ignore the appveyor failures.

Ah ya I thought you were gonna merge and write a changelog entry for it. I just merged it and will rebase to include it here. Arguably since we never released between adding and fixing it it does not need a changelog. I really want us to get to the point of every functional change is a release (like we do with the plugins), we will get there as sensu-go and this cookbook matures.
