[Ux]: Adding New Entity option should be available in UI #4651

[Ux]: Adding New Entity option should be available in UI

Currently adding new entity not available from UI but all other resources has option

Expected Behavior

Adding new Entities should be available from UI

Current Behavior

No option is available from UI to add new Entity

Possible Solution

Provide +New option same as other resources.

Context

Your Environment

Sensuctl installed using docker package Sensu-agent installed on mac laptop with docker package Sensu-backend installed with docker image
