Migrate off types Module

Removes the remaining github.com/sensu/sensu-go/types usages from sensu-go.

github.com/sensu/sensu-go/types Wrapper moves to github.com/sensu/core/v3/types. We had previously talked about this having a home in sensu-api-tools, but I found that to be a bad idea. We'd get back into our cyclical module dependency problem we had with types. Pending https://github.com/sensu/core/pull/10
github.com/sensu/sensu-go/types/dynamic moves to github.com/sensu/sensu-go/dynamic. Seemed to have a few (two) distinct usages so it made sense to me keep it.
github.com/sensu/sensu-go/types/v1 move to github.com/sensu/sensu-go/agent/v1. At least for 6.x. Maybe we finally nix this in 7.0 as it is an agent api that's there for rather dated backwards compatibility shim.
github.com/sensu/sensu-go/types/compat moves to github.com/sensu/sensu-go/util/compat. I was hoping to get rid of this as we've started to move towards core/v3 more consistently in 7.0 but found it to be more work than I was looking to dig into. Replace all of the alias usages.
github.com/sensu/sensu-go/types Queue, QueueItem are refactored out - just moved into backend/queue for 6.x only as they've already been replaced in 7.0.
Remove the types module source.

Followup PR to remove the agent socket api (and agent/v1)
