add sha512 post_deploy upload #16

Adding travis post_deploy logic to upload the sha512 checksums.

Closes #15

@nikkiki that's an interesting question! We could choose to manage the asset build tooling elsewhere and fetch it as part of the individual builds. I would love for us to discuss possible solutions! In the mean time, I'm going to go ahead and merge this.
