Update to fix issue with minikube based testing #10

Changes

  1. Update to latest sensu release 6.7.2
  2. fix sensu-backend readinessProbe settings to work with minikube
  3. fix sensu-backend readinessProbe wget to conform to available busybox wget arguments
  4. adjust backend init job settings
