cacerts are out of date and pull from deprecated source #245

Our cacerts recipe is pointing to https://github.com/bagder/ca-bundle/ which is now both deprecated and out of date.

We should update our recipe to follow the upstream omnibus-software cacerts recipe.

This should go out in next 1.2 patch release or build iteration

Addressed in https://github.com/sensu/sensu-omnibus/commit/6063dcbe413b1309a31a14824a6e68f5c647f3c6 and will be included in the next release.
