0.8 is quite out of date, changing default to current latest in http://repos.sensuapp.org/apt

FYI the Sensu repositories have moved as part of the new build pipeline, http://repositories.sensuapp.org/apt/ https://sensuapp.org/docs/latest/install-repositories
