Audible alerts for Uchiwa #294

It would be extremely useful to add in audible alerts for sensu configurable based on;

Although this does not have a huge impact on functionality it has a huge impact on useability (and being able to sell Sensu internally as a monitoring tool).

Hi @rreadman

It's definitively something I would like to add to Uchiwa at some point, however in the short term I will not have time to work on this specific feature. Contributions are welcome!
