Description

Updates existing notice with links to the latest schedule of EOL activities.

Motivation and Context

EOL date is drawing nearer and we want to ensure all users are aware that it's time to migrate to Sensu Go.

Types of changes

[x] Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
[ ] New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
[ ] Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
