ETIMEDOUT Error #93

I am getting an ETIMEDOUT Error every time i use a listed function on the wiki with the right arguments. http://prntscr.com/iskgzi

If you have SSH access to the server try ping www.roblox.com

I know Roblox is blocking some hosts including google cloud compute.
