Speed statistics are rounded to km/h, not good for "slow" activities #213

The "speed over time" or "..distance" displays are rounded to full km/h. For
relatively slow-but-steady sports (walking, kayaking, jogging on flat terrain),
this leads to ugly staircase graphs (with oscillations between two neighbouring
speeds) instead of a smooth speed profile.
Suggest to store the samples with higher precision and when doing the graph
round to some sensible precision (1%?) based on observed speed range (average
of 95%-percentile speed? to get rid of GPS-induced flukes, or stopped periods..)
