scrapbook doesn't follow internal links #26

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. vist http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc1813
2. save the offline versin
3. Try to follow the content links. None of the links works. Instead it shows 
data: 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Unfortunately this is a bug in chrome:
