Given the number of APRA requests pending, namely three (3) including one (1) voluminous request, the time for this Department to respond is extended an additional twenty (20) business days as set forth in R.I. Gen. Laws § 38-2-3(e).

Fulfilled without redaction or charge January 19.

Time: December 11 2017 - January 19 2018 26 business days total - 1 day between email correspondence = 25 business days for fulfillment.
