This feature should be tested in the live stripe environment.

See docs: "...for a payment in live mode..."

Overall changes:

Re-applied some changes from issue #82 (commit #8bd3274).
Added a setting for sending an automatic email receipt
Updated the way of calling user.email_user (without from_email). Other minor changes.
Added (unused?) a possibility to send emails with attached invoices on successful payments.
