Now a user can add his extra details (last & first name, address) when the registration finishes (after email activation), on the edit profile page.
Added missed code & templates for the 'reset password' feature.

Added extra fields (first & last names) for signup form (derived a new form used new route -- accounts/signup/).
Restored working minimal registration scheme (with only username, email and password).
Added edit profile form, added user profile object, updated app links. Added template for activation_failed case.
Added re-activation when changing the email address (the method is based on django_registration algorithm, partially used it's templates and routes). Fixed templates (show messages everywhere, use standard title section, fixed inter-page links. Updated theme styles to use brand color for form elements.
Displaying an events list in the profile page as a table, with it's specific styles, updated bootstrap-theme-fixes.scss.
Updated theme accents for buttons, updated styles for events table, added adaptive wrapper, updated buttons on form templates.
