Removed tests from package #16

The module with tests has been removed from the package. Here are the reasons why:

All these tests already exist separately in tests folder.
Without TestInputs folder in the package, the package size reduces by ~40MB.
We get rid of matplotlib dependency
No one ever reported that these tests are failing due to incompatible versions of a model saved with sklearn.externals.joblib and lightgbm classifier.

This PR also solves problems with logger.
