Force play after Chromecast connect #451

Play doesn't start on new chromecast versions

also

When device leave WiFi with Chromecast connects
and doesn't reconnect on re-enter WiFi
Then play item and select Chromecast doesn't - switch to the newly.playing item
Have to switch to another item and back again.
Might only be after the current item has ended
