make playlistitemedit take playlist item id (not full item)

• [ ] need to have PlaylistItemEdit load from load or memory repository
• [ ] Click on the player item icon passed the item from the new playlist (refresh the item from the db in PlaylistItemEdit on load if local) - maybe just pass the id of the item rather than the whole item
• can lead to issues where the watchched state get ovewrwritten/reset
• [ ] will be an issue with share which doesn't have
• [ ] bug: playing item doesnt goto to player on startup (when playing on chromecast & floating) - when playling app playlist
