• [x] fix todos.
• [x] review ConnectivityWrapper and WifiStateProvider - remove all unused fields.
  • [x] in app : need to movegetWIFIIP() to WifiStateProvider - remove from ConnectivityWrapper.
  • [ ] test hub essid and ip are working on Win, Linux (uk/co/sentinelweb/cuer/net/wifi/PlatformWifiInfo.kt). - #465
• [x] bug: enable notification popup doesn't launch app settings.
• [x] UI for remotes isn't displaying properly after start
• [x] hub need to send close when exiting.
• [x] all remotes should grey out when server is off.
