Sentora does support SSL, it's just not a core module yet.
I think he's referring to their official website. I just found sentora.org and actually noticed it was using the http protocol and not https; that made me weary to wonder about the security of the product itself so I came to check it out.
It has been quite awhile since I've seen a site on http. Usually when I setup new servers / domains; https is one of the first things I do.

Currently, sentora.org has no technical list of features, it does not provide HTTPS (come on!) and no screenshots.
We are currently using the proprietary LiveConfig and would be happy to migrate to an open-source solution if it proves sufficient for us, including proper financial support. But I have found no substantial documentation, making it hard to find out what Sentora actually provides...
