Named / Bind #82

I am just reporting this...

/etc/zpanel/configs/bind/etc/named.conf is not writing data when DNS is created.

Found out that /var/named/data /var/named/dynamic has a "named" permission not "root"

Changing this "named" permission to "root" solves the issue.

Which core version was installed, beta number? Which installer version was installed, beta number and repo?

Sentora 10.1.1 CentOS 6.5 Final

I already reported this to you Kev..

I tried it also in VM for test, got the same.

LOL my Sentora is 10.1.1 but we are on Version: 1.0.0 and beta releases.. hhmm weird. Geez maybe I am too late for the releases.. :D

Hi, I'm afraid you did not used the correct installer ! The version number was reset 1.0.0 a long time ago. As you are in the team, you should have access to it here http://forums.sentora.org/showthread.php?tid=470

yup 5050, I just got back figuring out what is installed on mine. But I'll catch up on forums.
