Fix Vue demo and add new features #618

Description

Fixes most component of Vue demo, deprecated on this pull request

I have validated that:

It captures an exemplar Checkout Error with source mapped stack trace
It properly links Checkout Error to trace and backend services
Session Replay Event looks good!
User Feedback event looks good!

Note:

In order to have source maps uploaded at build time using Vite, we need to add a new env variable to the config file. I created a pr for that here
