Github Integration: Auto Assignment #24

Problem: Our iOS Demo does not yet have the capability to auto-assign based on the repository's CodeOwner's file.

Goal: Enable this feature to showcase assignment flow capabilities to customers.

Per Integrations/Ecosystem Teams, CodeOwners Integration should work with Cocoa SDK.
