Build a modal/dialog that users can use to configure game settings:
Volume (sliders)
Default zoom level (slider)
Difficulty (radio buttons - easy, medium, hard)
God mode (checkbox - enabled)
Just the UI for now, we;ll worry about triggering it from the different execution contexts and plugging it into the settings handler after it's designed.
Same kind of style as the main "HUD" (you can see the volume sliders are currently located there):
