Add support for app version and OS in the formatting

Reasoning:

Google analytics can segment on meta-data, but its cumbersome to organise
Google analytics often group similar exceptions, if we include os and version we can easily see what versions has issues etc.
Omitting date would also be better because then exceptions gets grouped more easily

Example:

[🟠 Warning] - [iOS] - [1.0.2] - 📡 Network not available

Or maybe toggle between 📺, 📱, 🖥, ⌚️
