Dashboards will be released together and their released number identified with the following format: YYYY.n.
YYYY represents the year of the release and n the year's release number.
The version number in the json files is no longer relevant.

Add a panel that contains the version number as a hard-coded value.
The panel is added at the bottom of the dashboard.
