src/site/markdown/develop/connector.md: Updated references from sql to localSql in the monitors section.
src/site/markdown/develop/sources/local-sql.md: Renamed file from sql.md to local-sql.md and updated descriptions and type references within the file. [1] [2]
src/site/site.xml: Updated navigation item name and href from "SQL" to "Local SQL".
