Remove the Service monitor job from Windows and Linux connectors then create custom connectors for Service monitoring #93

Specification

Actions Required:

  1. Create a new WindowsService.yaml connector.
  2. Create a new LinuxService.yaml connector.

Functionality:
These two new connectors should read the serviceNames configuration variable to monitor only the services specified by the user.
