Update documentation to reflect removal of `resourcedetection` OTEL collector processor #441

Description

The current documentation mentions that by default, collected metrics go through five processors, including the resourcedetection processor. However, the resourcedetection processor has been removed from the list of default processors. The documentation should be updated to reflect this change.

RN not required, M8BEE-29 will be added to the RN.
