A P2P network is no good if users can't upload data. For easy submission there needs to be:
1). A convenient UI to configure and submit a new project from the user's machine
2). An algorithm which populates other peers' Domain Tree records for the new domain. Probably something similar to DHT networks where they query other nodes for themselves.
